I'd like to introduce Amanda Bullat.

In the beginning Amanda ate with many restrictions. She definitely wasn't eating enough during her marathon training!

Eventually her body started to breakdown. 

Fortunately, Amanda found new alternative approaches to health, wellness and beyond ... Aka, Intuitive Eating and Be Body Positive.

Nowadays Amanda is an anti-diet Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Be Body Positive Facilitator.
